These terms and conditions apply to any items handed to customers as part of a sales offer and/or vehicle delivery

1. Product Condition Acknowledgment
The customer confirms that all items received from the Al Ghandi Auto team have been inspected and are in good working condition at the time of handover.

2. Product-Related Issues
In the event of any product-related concerns, defects, or malfunctions, the customer acknowledges that Al Ghandi Auto may direct them to the respective manufacturer’s service center or authorized store for further assistance.
Repair or replacement options will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policies and terms. The Al Ghandi Auto team will provide relevant contact details or instructions, as applicable, to support this process.

3. Limitation of Responsibility
Al Ghandi Auto is not liable for the ongoing functionality, maintenance, or usage of any product or item once it has been handed over to the customer. Responsibility for the performance, servicing, or warranty coverage of the product lies solely with the product manufacturer.
