INSTALLATION GUIDE
If you are thinking about purchasing an Electric Vehicle, you can use this guide to ensure all necessary steps are fulfilled to safely install the most appropriate EV charger for your home.
TYPE OF HOME CHARGERS
There are 3 types of home chargers available to use, which vary based on their power and the amount of electricity they consume.
LEVEL 1

Standard 3-pin electricity outlet, suitable for trickle charging (up to 2.8 kW)
LEVEL 2

Single to three phase EV charger which requires professional installation. Power ranges from 7 to 22 kW.
LEVEL 2

sSingle to three phase EV charger which requires professional installation. Power ranges from 7 to 22 kW.
Precautions: When using the Dual Level Charge Cord with a Level 1 socket, avoid plugging into any power extensions as they may cause a fire hazard and risk to your home and vehicle. Plug directly into a level 1 electrical socket for more safer use (provided the socket is not worn out or damaged).

Contact us to assist you in scheduling your free home inspection visit.

The charger installer partner will then contact you to confirm your preferred home inspection date/time.
(Recommendation: Make sure to discuss your desired charger installation location and setup with the installer during their visit.)

After your home inspection, you will receive a detailed installation quotation from the installer.

You can now book/pre-book your electric vehicle with us.

Once your electric vehicle booking is confirmed, you can contact the home charger installer and accept the provided quotation and simultaneously schedule your home charger installation date.
(Recommendation: To schedule installation either on the same day or just after delivery of your electric vehicle)
