This exclusively awarded qualification offers IMI endorsement of motor industry training programmes, where candidates undertake an assessment process. With each unique Quality Assured Awards certificate from the IMI, comes independent verification of quality, professional competence and integrity. Quality Assured Awards are offered by the IMI only to organisations who have first achieved status as an IMI approved assessment centre, adding value to their training.

The Institute of the Motor Industry’s (IMI) National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) is an internationally recognised qualification that proves the holder's competence to do a job to a national standard.
