Our Parts division is being operated by the most modern computer inventory
control systems. All our outlets are networked for lightning fast communication.
Electronic Parts Catalogues & Manufacturers on line catalogues are
also being used for product information, order processing is being sent
through via on line connections with all our principals.
The entire staff at the
parts division comprises of professional, well trained and computer literate
personnel with extensive experience in supplier’s standards. They
are being constantly trained to upgrade their knowledge on new products.
There is a special emphasis on marketing and specially trained and dedicated
marketing teams have been formed and have been assigned territories. These
are always busy working towards market penetration and development of
our customer base.

Computerised Facilities Our
Service Facilities are fully computerised to handle day to day operations.
These range from establishing repair orders to estimating their cost and
preparing financial statements for the same. Most manufacturers offer
various technical assistance via the Internet; an online warranty claiming
facility, is one of many available. These are being fully utilised by
our service departments to ensure maximum efficiency. Our service operations
are connected using most advanced computer systems and software thus ensuring
a quick and efficient transfer of data between each service facility.

Efficient Staff
Our qualified and experienced staff members offer customers the best quality
and most competitive service in the region. At Al Ghandi, we realise that
there is a constant need to upgrade and update skills of the technical
and administrative staff and therefore, we have initiated an “in-house”
training program. As part of this program, we embrace not only the manufacturers
courses but also training from reputable, bespoke industry training establishments
to ensure that we meet our immediate and long term needs.

Future
Plans To Help Serve you Better The
Al Ghandi group believes in always finding new ways and means of improving
our services so as to increase customer satisfaction. We have planned
to expand and increase our facilities to serve our customers in a better
manner and to reach out to them. There are plans to introduce three quick-service
facilities at Sharjah, Dubai and Al Awir to perform minor and quick repairs
that will offer menu pricing for all customers. An additional showroom
for new and used cars, and parts sales and service, has been opened at
Fujairah in June 2002 and a similar facility will be operational at Ras
Al Khaimah in the first quarter of 2003.

However, the flagship of
the Al Ghandi Automotive Groups prestigious service operations will be
the Ras Al Khor Service Centre
The opening of this prestigious
new Automotive Service Centre at the Al Ghandi Groups Ras Al Khor complex,
further compliments the Al Ghandi Automotive Groups commitment and investment
to providing "total" first class customer service facilities
which of course will be staffed by the same dedicated, experienced and
truly customer focused team.
The new facility boasts in excess of 6,000 square metres of pure workshops
repair bays, accident repair facilities, quick lube bays, valleting bays
and aftersales reception areas, in addition to this, ample parking space
is available to accommodate the continuously increasing Al Ghandi Automotive
Groups customer base.
The Al Ghandi Groups Ras Al Khor Service Centre is one of the largest
in the region and this well planned facility will be complimented with
state of the art equipment, tools and various software all to ensure that
today’s discerning automotive customer’s needs, are not only
met but exceeded.
