Al Ghandi Automotive Group has several trademarks and names on our sites and we claim ownership to all those marks. For example, we own the names "National Auto, Al Ghandi Auto and Saeed Mohammed Al Ghandi & Sons" and the "AL GHANDI" logos (in any colours). None of these marks can be used in any way without our permission.  

Wherever other trade marks and names are used within the pages of our sites, those marks are to identify the products and services of those companies affiliated to AL GHANDI AUTOMOTIVE GROUP however, AL GHANDI AUTOMOTIVE GROUP obviously has no proprietary interest in such trade marks and names. You are therefore advised to contact the owners of any such trademarks or names obtain the necessary permission prior to your intended use.

A major portion of the content available on our sites is the property of AL GHANDI AUTOMOTIVE GROUP and is protected under international copyright laws. None of the material on our sites may be reproduced without our written permission.

AL GHANDI AUTOMOTIVE GROUP reserves the right to republish any material contributed by our users and the user by simply posting a message, is expressly granting the right to AL GHANDI AUTOMOTIVE GROUP to utilise the message as part of our edited compilations or otherwise.

AL GHANDI AUTOMOTIVE GROUP cannot be held responsible when users contribute messages, articles, and other materials that they have electronically copied from other sources and posted on the AL GHANDI AUTOMOTIVE GROUP sites. AL GHANDI AUTOMOTIVE GROUP cannot know and therefore will not accept responsibility if a user is doing something which infringes somebody else's copyright in some way on our sites. Therefore, the responsibility is yours! Please ensure that anything you do on our sites is authorised and that any materials you make available on our sites does not infringe anybody's rights. If you are not sure, don't make it available!

    a proper statement by you that you have a reasonable belief, in absolute good faith, that the use is not authorised by the copyright or trade mark owner or anyone who has an appropriate authority from the owner; and

    a legally binding statement by you (remembering that this might end up being used in court!) that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright or trade mark owner or authorised to act on behalf of the copyright or trade mark owner.
